Judith Lynn Braga Day, 40, is not Ralph Painter's niece.

She claims, though, that she's "boinking" someone in law enforcement:

Judy's not "boinking" anyone in law enforcement, unless she's doing it on the side. She's shacking up in an apartment in Oregon City with a taxi driver named Brien, who seems like a nice enough guy, but he's no law enforcement officer.

So Brien is a cab driver. No shame in that.  But he's certainly not a law enforcement officer, and probably never will be, because the basic training for law enforcement officers is physically strenuous, and at 46, I don't think that Brien's up to it. (I'll remove Brien's info tomorrow - he really does seem like a decent fellow.)

Judy seems like a law enforcement junkie. You know the type.  She probably has a scanner on her kitchen table just to feel like she's involved and important.  That's probably why she claimed to be Ralph Painter's niece, too.

Judy has two kids, B and A.  Judy's ex husband, the father or her kids, isn't too wild about her, though:

No photos of Judy are available, though I'm not surprised. Obese people usually don't like to share their photos, and instead post stuff like the Smurfs or Tinkerbell or whatever for their profile pics.

This should end the questions of whether or not Judy told the truth when she said she was the niece of Ralph Painter.

In the comments after the photo was posted at FB someone recalled this about SoCal:

"What about that satellite attached to her *tour bus* that allows her to post on her forum night and day while going to the various venues? The bus she shares with her *mates*? Shoot, on New Year's Eve she was posting in between sets"

And another recollection:

  "It was November when SoCal said she was touring in New Zealand."

Please reply with your recollections of comments that Tamara made about being in a rock band and touring the world.  I can't get enough of this.  It's comedy gold.

No, actually she's a middle-age woman in Newcastle, California, who runs an assisted living facility inside her home.

Meet 39 year old Tamara Jean Merrill, mother of Brittany, wife of Patrick.  Her facility is licensed by the state, but does not take Medicaid or Medicare.  If you want to stay in her home, ante up.

I was given an email address last night and asked to trace it.  I wasn't told who it belonged to or why, but I was tired last night, so I put it off til today, and started on it at about 3 or so.  It was all too easy.  After I made the discoveries, I was told why I was asked to do this.  This not-quite-master of deception has stalked people, bullied people, and posted outrageous things about people with no intention other than to harm and humiliate them.  And she's pretended to be everything from law enforcement to a contact of the Kyron Horman family, gaining people's trust with her deceptive games and lies. For that, SoCal earns a place on the Scam Girl blog.

The screenshots and other stuff that were forwarded to me were astonishingly cruel. I thought that perhaps this was a case in which the person who sent the stuff was mistaken, but, no, everything matches up.

Let's start with the dumbest thing a person on the net can do: troll and bully when there are reams of identifying info out there on the net.  The second dumbest thing anyone can do is TRUST anyone else on the internet.  To do so is STUPID.  So, that aside,  let's move on and discuss the research:

First, SoCal was stupid enough to publicly post her email address and tell people to contact her.  By doing so, she laid the first little crumb for me to trace.

Tamara Merrill has had many aliases and moved around California a bit.

SoCal's address is the same as Merrill Assisted Living Family Home, in Newcastle, which, incidentally is in Placer County about 20 miles from where Terri Horman was born.  Hmmmm...

Her assisted-living home is licensed by the state of California:

Tamara, who goes by TJ, never locked down her Photobucket, which is registered under the socalbreeze@scbglobal.net address.  Silly wabbit.  So I grabbed some photos before it's sealed off as tight as Tut's tomb. You've seen the one in the previous post.  While most of her stuff there is reminiscent of Casey Anthony's Photobucket account (icons and such silly junk), there are also family photos.  Again, silly wabbit, don't you know better than to post family photos on an account you use to troll the internet?

SoCal posted "documents" and a couple of photos on her facebook to prove that she's "real."  So what?  I saw that Bootsie TehCat did the same thing.  Anyone can post anything on the internet and call it "really me."  Example:  Here is SoCal's international driving permit, followed by Bootsie's.

I think it's pretty obvious that SoCal is neither a surfer nor a rock star.  I think it's fairly obvious that SoCal posted her daughter's photo with the face blacked out, and claimed it to be herself.  I suspect that the 2001 ID card, 2009 driver's license, and the edited photo all belong to SoCal's daughter.

I know that life as a caregiver is probably lacking in thrills, so who can blame SoCal for claiming to be a judge/surfer/rock star from Cali. It is distressing, though, that the personality that posted some of the cruel, outrageous stuff I've seen in screenshots is actually giving care to people who can't care for themselves.

Like I said before, I've really become bored with the SoCal search today.  I'm not bored with Marybeth, though, so I'll return to that topic soon.
