Judy seems like a law enforcement junkie. You know the type.  She probably has a scanner on her kitchen table just to feel like she's involved and important.  That's probably why she claimed to be Ralph Painter's niece, too.

Somewhere in Washington, a nice lady named Chana was accused by Tracey Herold of being the Chana in the FB mess.

Another of Tracey Herold's lies.  After I revealed that Chana is SoCal is Tamara Merrill, Tracey went on a mission to convince people that I was wrong, that Chana was a lady living in Washington with a Guinea Pig named Yum Yum. In my opinion, Tracey victimized a very nice lady who has been homeless, who has had a brain injury, and who is benevolent enough to care for small animals.  Certainly doesn't sound like the Chana of FB and Blogspot fame, does it?

Someone contacted the Chana from Washington and informed her that she was being pulled into this mess by Tracey Herold.  The Washington Chana replied as such:

Just like Tracey, Judy threatens to involve law enforcement. (At least she's no longer claiming to be a federal investigator.) Just like Tracey, she avoids the topic at hand.

For Tracey Herold to involve an innocent woman recuperating from a brain injury, generous enough to give her time to small animals with their own health issues - well, that's pretty deplorable.

How low will you sink, Tracey Herold?  Who will you pull into your tempest next? Why are you so invested in protecting Chana/SoCal/Tamara Merrill? What does Tamara have on YOU?

Tracey Herold and the "Judy Day" saga - sinister any way you look at it.

Tracey Herold has been telling many people that the character named Judy Day killed her abusive husband, so everyone should go easy on Judy.  As a result, people who had been nasty to Judy apologized to Judy, because they believed Tracey that Judy Day was the woman from Oregon who had shot her abusive husband.

Judy Day herself told people that Ralph Painter, the chief of police of Rainier, Washington who had been shot to death, was her uncle.  Her profile photo was of Chief Painter's funeral procession.  Now it's the blue line on a black background that symbolizes a fallen officer.

Why no one checked into either Tracey's story or Judy's story is beyond me.  I know you'll get sick of me saying this, but "Trust NO ONE on the internet."

Simple logic.  Judy Day, who killed her husband, is 66 years old.  Ralph Painter was 55 years old when he fell in the line of duty. Just those two facts should prod someone to look a little deeper into the conflicting tales of Tracey and Judy.

And the fact that the real Judy Day is still in prison - where she has been since 2004, and where she'll sit until 2024, with no possibility of parole.

So here's what it comes down to: either Tracey is lying, or Judy is lying.  Or Tracey is Judy, and she doesn't like to be challenged, either as Tracey or as her alt Judy.  I'm leaning toward the latter, but there is one more explanation.

If Judy Day is just a fake name for Ralph Painter's niece, then the only niece he has who has publicly commented on Chief Painter's death is a 20 year old named Catlyn Painter. She's not his niece, but she married his nephew Joshua Painter in 2009.  It's possible, I suppose.

It may be that Judy Day is just another alt that Tracey Herold adopted to do her dirty work.  As many lies as Tracey has told, it's unrealistic to think that she'll tell the truth about this.

One more thing, and then adios for the weekend...

What is it with all these "truthy" names? "The Truth Will Save Your Soul."  "You Can't Handle The Truth."  "Truth Teller."

For that clique to have such an obsession with "truth," they have a hard time knowing what it is. I think someone needs to write a ten commandments for internet usage. I don't know why Tracey tries so hard to take down that Scam Girl Blog page. I don't even admin it - it's an abandoned page. I admin the Scam Girls band music page - which is going to be much harder for her and her twat brigade to shut down. Chana is SoCalDreamer, SoCalRockerChick: Tamara Merrill

After doing a week's worth of writing comparison, I've come to the conclusion that Tamara Merill is Chana.

Merrill, who started out as on-the-fence SoCal, eventually moved into the Terri-is-guilty camp. When she disappeared from Oregon Live, she moved on to GLP, and then, after threads at GLP got shut down, she moved to her own forum(s).

In the process, Merrill had contact with Insintel, aka Marybeth Schaeffer.  Their collaboration continued from Oregon Live to Chana's "Truth will save your soul" (puke at the name) blog.  Somewhere along the way, Chana lost interest in her blog, and basically handed it over to Marybeth, who also apparently lost interest.  I guess Marybeth was too busy posting at Websleuths and keeping up her Heidi Brooks persona to continue working on a blog for which she could take no credit.

In the beginning of my introduction to this whole clusterfuck a couple of weeks ago, I often confused Chana with SoCal, because their writing was so similar.  It took me a week to separate the fact that SoCal and Chana were two different people.  Once I did, I was able to identify SoCal as Tamara Merrill. Then I set my sites on insintel.  And then to Chana.  Once you weed out all of the players, you realize that there really aren't that many, just manipulative people using an array of alts to stimey the readers.

The final character to be revealed is Chana.  It is my opinion that Chana is none other than.... drumroll....


Tamara Merrill.



There isn't much left of Chana's writing to compare to, except for her blog.  The blog, though is more often than not a full-scale rant - a morality soapbox from which Chana (and sometimes Marybeth) insult, bully, and intimidate Cindy Butcher Smalley. (I must say that Cindy has her own problems. The ways she behaved like DeDe Spicher's and Terri Horman's starstruck groupie is repulsive - BUT she did not deserve what was done to her on that blog.)

The first page of Chana's blog is the only page where she's not ranting like a braying mule.  I used her opening post to compare to others' writing styles, choice of words, and so forth.  I was able to exclude many people involved in this thing. The only person I could not exclude was SoCalDreamer.

As I read more and more, it became solidly obvious that, even though Chana tried to disguise her writing, SoCal still shone through. Each observed by itself is no conclusive indication. But all together, I believe it's pretty obvious that Tamara Merill was not only SoCalDreamer and SoCalRockerChick, but also Chana.

 There are many more examples like this out there.  When people try to disguise their writing, they often don't realize that the words and phrases they use can't be disguised.  That is the case with Tamara Merrill.

There are no gotcha email addresses or similar anecdotes to show, because Chana didn't emerge until several months ago, and she was a brand-new creation of Tamara.  She didn't have a history on the internet, because she was new.  But when you look at the words that Tamara chose to use with both SoCal and Chana, the truth emerges that they are figments created by the same author.

Marybeth Schaeffer is NOT Chana. Although she posted on Chana's blog, and filled in for her sometimes....

Marybeth is not Chana.  Marybeth IS insintel. Marybeth is Heidi Brooks.  But Marybeth is NOT Chana.

Marybeth did post on Chana's blog on occasion.  Sometimes she was guest poster, other times she was MB.  And a couple of times she logged in as "truth teller" to post for Chana, when Chana was unable to tend to the blog.  But Marybeth is not the Chana who started the blog and Marybeth is not the Chana who appeared on Facebook.

Just as I used linguistics to exclude Tracey Herold from being Chana, I used them to exclude Marybeth. Linguistics analysis provides the answer to who the real Chana is, as well as who the real Chana isn't.  Marybeth has a habit of posting with double-dot elipsis followed by triple-dot elipsis.  And Marybeth doesn't use the same catch phrases as Chana does.  Therefore, she's not Chana.

A recent study at Concordia University proved that anonymous authors on the internet or through email can be identified by their vocabulary idiosyncrasies.  The method relies on pulling out the commonalities, and then looking at the things that are different to eliminate authors.  Scientists at Concordia applied their method to hundreds of thousands of Enron emails, and were able to identify authors with 90% accuracy.  The method is so accurate that it's going to be used in court cases in the future.

The same technique can be applied to the circle of people involved in the sphere of internet strife surrounding the Kyron Horman cases.  When you pull out all of the common stuff used by various people and then focus on what is uncommon - used by only two characters - it's so easy to match up personalities to people.

I have done this exact thing, and I am confident that I have found who Chana really is.  I'll update later tonight, once the evidence is assembled.

Let's start with who's NOT Chana. Tracey Herold is not Chana. She's too stupid to be Chana.

Chana always uses proper verb-subject agreement.  Tracey frequently doesn't. 

Chana is an angry person, like Tracey Herold, but Chana doesn't blast Ghetto Ebonics when she's angry, like Tracey Herold does.

The only thing that Tracey Herold and Chana have in common is that they both attempted to insert themselves into the Kyron Horman case.  And they're both bullies, but, besides those two characteristics, they really have nothing in common, linguistically.

As much as Tracey Herold would like to be perceived as a major personality in the Kyron Horman investigation, she's not.  She's a nobody babymama from Leavenworth, Kansas, living in a cheap apartment, barely attending to the two spawn she begat, because creating internet battles is more important to her than anything else in her pathetic life.

And Tracey, a word of warning. If you're stupid enough to claim that you've been "stalked" on the internet, just remember that there's plenty of evidence out there, held by numerous people, to show that YOU are the stalker.  So put that in your crack pipe and smoke it.

It's funny in a way to learn that Marybeth Schaeffer was Insintel, and Tamara Merrill was SoCal, but what they did to interfere in the investigation of Kyron's abduction is criminal.  I hope that MCSO investigators find this page and read everything here, because it is compiled in a way that it's easy to understand.

For anyone who is not familiar with Insintel, she claimed to know the Horman family prior to Kyron being abducted. She claimed that she'd known them for three years.

SoCal told her cult that her computer had been taken by the feds who were investigating Kyron's disappearance.  That is a lie, too.

NO when I posted my email that night you know with Insintel? Someone else made note of it as well then contacted me (DAYS after the fact- just yesterday) with info on the Kyron case…I notified LE and didn’t think of it again…long story short…guess they checked it out and it was legitimate FBI got involved…they contacted me again with more info…I was explaining that I didn’t know the person etc etc etc (REALLY long story) they asked me to see if I could get them to contact me again (they are or have subpeoned records to find out who it was…it was NOT Insintel which is about all I know about who it may or may not be or have been) I am on a spare computer they took mine…it was all upsetting and embarrassing and very stressful I am not even in my own home to top it off it happened at the in-laws and that is all I know about that at this time except that I was told to expect more interviews from them if they needed it and to inform them if I am contacted again…

I have NO ties with ANYONE I have communicated with Insintel a few times (I’ll send you what I have from her) and I am not LE…the person figured out who I am as well, but I DID make a post that said I am in a mainstream band when I was talking about media so, who knows?

No, talking about things that weren’t publicly known but most have hit the board as rumor with the exception of dates, times, locations and pictures and videos and alluding to having info about where he is…THAT is the one that I missed the deadline on and the account was deleted before I could respond the subject line was TIME SENSITIVE so, I got the email but not the answer so, here’s to hoping they are watching today huh? kyron has been acting out since about march/april... the earliest i remember her mentioning it was right after james had left. ky was angry because he idolized james... wanted to dress like him (that's how he ended up with the csi shirt) and wanted to do everything that james did. james was extremely patient with ky and tried to make him feel like he was oneof the boys, rather than a pesky little brother. so, she thought that his acting out was in retaliation from james being gone. 

sometime in late spring he started acting weird... he wouldn't do anything on his own... like he had to be told that he could leave the dinner table and that he could come out of his bedroom to eat breakfast and terri thought that was extremely odd. kaine would always make it a point to tell the boys that they could not come out of their rooms after going to bed at night (he used to fight with james for going into the kitchen late at night for a snack or drink) so once james was gone, he started taking more of his frustrations out on kyron and eventually kitty. he would get angry if terri would go get her in the middle of the night... like, if she was crying and if she dared lay her in bed with them he'd go ballistic.. so whenever she'd cry, he wanted her to just be left alone to cry so she wouldn't get "spoiled" becuase terri was often accused of spoiling them (ie: letting them eat snacks if they didn't finish a meal, letting them play at mc donalds if they didn't finish a meal etc.) 

so.. fast forward a little bit... kyron gets weirder and weirder... the teachers notice, his friends moms notice... at one point (mid may) they are suspecting htat ky is being sexually abuse. terri tried to comment about it to desiree, but she blew it off... so she talks with the teachers and they are all in agreement... however, terri can't take him for a physical exam until he sees a child psych first. the note she gave the teacher that day was a questionnaire that was to be filled out by the teacher and one by the school counselor to take along to the appointment (this is all verified by the police and doctor) kaine didn't know about the appointment because he (or desiree) were as involved as they are making themselves out to be. in the 3 years that i've known them, desiree has taken ky less than 5 times. typically she'll have him from the day after christmas til new years eve and 2 weeks in the summer (4th of july) she rarely takes him on weekends and hasn't since last november... but that's a different story. 

the point being is that more than one person suspected ky was being sexually abused. kaine and his brother were both abused by their grandfather... so it's only natural to suspect one of them. his brother doesn't really have contact with them, so that leaves one person in the immediate family. 

don't get me wrong, terri is no saint herself, and their marriage was destined to fail from day 1 (did you know kaine met her at the gym when he was married to desiree?) because he's a cheater... always was and always will be. terri really isn't the attention seeker she's being made out to be. she is a very outgoing person and is extremely chatty/friendly... but after being married to someone for so long and they don't pay any attention to you, want to have sex with you and run around on you right in front of your face, it's going to make you want to look elsewhere for attention. 

also, the thing with mike was blown way out of proportion. the "photos" he had on his phone were of her back in her body building days... she has a photo portfolio like a model would... but there wasn't any frontal nudity or anything.. and she didn't send those picture. they're pictures of pictures, taken with his cell phone.
as for the rest, like the landscaper thing... i can't really comment on it because i don't know anything about that. i didn't even know she had a landscaper. 

you have no idea what this woman and these kids had to live with... that man is the king of control freaks and he gets what he wants.. it should be obvious how he's controlling this whole investigation. eventually this will come out. i'm hoping that some of my posts (RE: gym videos and pics and statements from his friends saying how controlling he was) will spark some interest with oregon live and they'll dig to get this information.

yeah, it definitely sheds a lot of light... but doesn't really give us any answers as to what happened to kyron that day at school. everyone keeps asking me what i think... and i honestly haven't got a clue 

i can say with 100% certainty that terri was not involved, she didn't want to reveal where she was because she was somewhere with someone and she doesn't want it out. luckily, she'll have to come out at some point... but clearing her doesn't bring us any closer either. i can also say with 100% certainty that kaine was not involved either. a scorned lover from either side... maybe? there's no doubt in my mind that ky wasn't being treated well at all by his father, but there's no way he did something to him to keep him quiet. as much as i despise the man, i just can't see him doing anything either. i have no desire to sling mud at him or make him look bad.. it just burns me up that he's making this into something it's totally not. 

poor ky was an easy target... he isn't as shy and backwards as they're making him sound. he is actually pretty outgoing if he's comfortable and if he's around someone who's paying attention to him and praising him (hey! that's the best project i've seen all day.. i bet you worked real hard on that! do you want to go see a cool project downstairs?) then lord knows if he could've walked off with someone else.. it's so bizzare and tricky and everyone's scared. everyone's afraid to let their kids go to the playground and pool or even in their own yards. i think it was extremely irresponsible for the police to say we don't need to worry! 

i wish for once they would bluff a little and make a public statement saying that they know who took him because they found a video of someone taping the fair and they're caught on camera walking out with ky. that just might be enough to make someone squirm enough to get the break that we need.

her stupid lawyer is the reason why she's not fighting. she didn't hire him... HE came to her and at this point, she felt she might as well take the help and it has nothing to do with ky... it's about the landscaper thing.. which i have no idea if it's true or not. i'm sure if there's any truth to it, she didn't offer to pay him! her spending was controlled, so where would she get money to pay someone to kill somebody?!?! the first thing she wanted to so was get hr daughter back.. she kicked and screamed for a day straight but her lawyer is telling her that it's best not to fight it for the time being i have no idea why but i suspect he's hoping to get famous.. 

kitty isn't with kaine either from what i understand.. they're staying in separate places because he's afraid that the media is going to follow him home. of all people, he's afraid of the media.. not terri, not a stranger but freakin cameras! all of this is going to come out.. but it won't be soon enough. 

i wish you had the chance to know terri.. i mean, affair speculation aside, she really is a decent person and she loves kyron and he loves her too. it would be great to find him and everyone can hear him say that himself. if you really knew her, then you'd understand why it's impossible for her to be guilty of this.. i've often felt jealous of her because she just doesn't stop with the kids.. long after a typical parents gets tired and just wants some peace and quiet. she just keeps going and going

someone has video of kyron walking with another adult inside the school that day... and the cops are keeping it quiet. now, that doesn't mean he was seen walking OUT of the school with this person, but it could help bring another POI in to the case. from what i heard, they're starting to back off terri regarding ky going missing, but they're still pursing the investigation with the murder for hire plot. the landscaper seems to be not so credible... i gotta find out more though! 

there are a bunch of people from a facebook page "kyron horman open discussion" who are sending her death threats... one of the idiots were stupid enough to send her a print out of what people are saying about her (names included) and they didn't bother cutting off the top of the page that says what the page's name is... so i think heres going to be some people in trouble!

Tracey Herold, the missing child case groupie

I'm sure that families of missing children would tell Tracey Herold to GTFO if they knew that she was advocating for them.  In truth, though, she doesn't exist in their world. Hell, most of her own family hates her.

Tracey is a foul-mouthed ghetto skank from Leavenworth, Kansas, who passes herself off as a "fed" as she runs around the internet making an ass of herself.  When the backlash is about to hit her, she claims that she has cancer and is receiving chemo.  What a low thing to do - claiming to be a cancer victim to avert an inevitable dressing down.  She talks about "karma": I just wonder what the karma is for using imaginary cancer for sympathy.


Anyone who's ever had a family member receiving chemo for cancer knows that the patient has no energy to foment multiple internet battles, to stay up til 3AM fighting those internet battles, all while raising two children and being a federal investigator.

In short, those of you who suck up to Tracey Herold are being bamboozled.  From all indications, the truth is that Tracey is a disgusting parasite who becomes involved in missing child cases for fun.  What she does certainly doesn't help the missing child or his or her family.

"It's all for Kyron"?  Bullshit.  It's all for the rush of going to battle against people she hates. 

Truthfully, Tracey is an uneducated nobody, a liar, and a borderline moron.  She's like the gnat at the picnic that buzzes in your face and won't leave you alone.  A minor annoyance, but nothing that matters much.


Photos are publicly available on the net, for anyone to view. And Tracey, if you're going to act butthurt over me posting photos of Deja and Alex, keep in mind that YOU have bullied countless people by posting not only their children's photos, but also their home addresses and phone numbers.  Now that the shoe's on the other foot, try it on, wear it awhile, and see how you like it.
